Low cost UK mainland
delivery:
We now have low cost shipping options to UK and
International destinations with shipping prices starting from just £ 1.95 on some items.
We've also cut the price of many of the car accessories in our range
offering customers even greater value for money. Our web prices include VAT. We use the following delivery service
for UK orders;
Secure online
shopping: This site uses a Thawte SSL123
Certificate to offer secure communications by encrypting all data to and
from the site. Credit card payments are processed via Protx and we use
CV2/AVS and 3D Secure to ensure credit card security for further
protection against fraudulent credit/debit card use. We host on our own dedicated
web servers maintained by RackSpace. We do not retain any
credit card information on our servers.
Payment methods:
Credit / Debit cards: We accept payment by credit or debit
card. Card types accepted include Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Visa Electron,
Mastercard, Switch / Maestro / Solo. We are not able to accept American
Express or Amex card payments.
Cheque /
Postal orders: You can opt to pay by cheque when going through the
checkout process. If you would like to pay by Cheque or Postal orders
please place your order on our website as normal but opt to pay by cheque
at the checkout. You can then send a cheque made payable to Direct Car
Parts Ltd to Unit 2A, Drum Industrial Estate, Chester-le-Street, Durham,
DH2 1AG. Please note that we have to allow seven days from receipt of your
cheque for bank clearance.
Free discount vouchers!: If
you opt to subscribe to our monthly email newsletter you'll receive
information on special offers and new products. We also send discount
vouchers to customer from time-to-time, these vouchers can be redeemed
online when purchasing from our web shop. If you'd like to subscribe to
our email newsletter list simply send an email to newsletter@directcarparts.co.uk
with the word 'Subscribe' as the email subject. If you later decide that
you'd like to unsubscribe you can send the same email but with the word
'Unsubscribe' as the email subject. Opt-in or opt-out, it's entirely your
choice.
Worldwide
Shipping Options: We offer shipping options
to any country. You may use the currency converter on our website to view
prices in major currencies (this is located on the lefthand navigation bar
toward the bottom). If we are able to ship an item, the relevant shipping
cost will be displayed automatically as you go through the checkout
process. Shipping costs depend upon the size and weight of the goods
purchased. We use Parcelforce International Standard Service to ship
larger goods and Air Mail for smaller items. All goods will require a
signature upon delivery and goods are fully insured for transit loss. VAT
will be charged on all orders shipping to EU countries. Countries outside
the EU will normally ship exclusive of VAT @ 17.5% Important
note: We may decline international credit card payments if we are
unable to perform the necessary security checks. Please do not be offended
if we decline your payment as it simply means that we have not been able
to fully authenticate the credit card payment and information. In this
case we will offer you the option to pay by direct transfer of funds to
our bank account. We regret that we are not able to accept PayPal payments.
