What is our Cycle Club?

If you buy a bike from our Durham store then you'll be offered free DCP Cycle Club membership. Members can get 10% off cycle accessories in our Durham store and get 25% off the price of our standard Cycle Service. If you haven't purchased a bike but would still like to become a member then we offer lifetime membership for a small one-time fee of £10.00. Our web prices include the 10% discount so these are actually Cycle Club prices.

We simply register your details (Name, telephone number and email address) on our computer system and issue you with a club card. Each time you wish to make a purchase in store, simply show us your card and we'll apply the discount.

Which products qualify for discount?

Absolutely all cycle accessories in store including Thule cycle carriers and bike racks. Please note that roof bars are not included in the discount scheme though. So you can purchase inner tubes, bike tyres, bike tools, saddles, clothing, cycle spares, helmets, computers, mudguards, panniers and bags, shoes, pedals, bars, nutrition, pumps or even a bell and qualify for discount.

What about bike servicing?

Cycle Club memembers will get 25% off our standard bike service prices, so rather than paying £28.00 for our 27-point cycle service, you'll just pay £21.00. There's also 25% off any cycle repairs in-store too.
