Tried & Tested: Garmin Nuvi 310

The Garmin Nuvi 310 is a fantastic piece of sat-nav kit. Full UK mapping plus an easy to use interface make this satellite navigation system one of the easiet we've ever tried. Just enter the postcode and house number and the Garmin Nuvi 310 will take you straight there with both visual and audible navigation prompts.

The Nuvi 310 also has bluetooth hands-free capabilities, just set your mobile to bluetooth and your phone address book can be accessed via the Nuvi screen. To take an incoming call just touch the Nuvi 310 screen and start talking.

The Garmin Nuvi 310 also has some other goodies that you don't find on all sat-nav systems; a built-in MP3 player and audio book plus all the other standard Garmin features. The Nuvi is small enough to carry around if you're on foot and the built-in rechargeable batteries should give a good days use between charges.
